 PSS provides conceptual feasibility studies for power system modifications or additions. Primary considerations include ease of maintenance and operation, minimum power loss, interchangeability of equipment, utility rate structure incentives, and future load or generator expansion.
Reliability Studies are provided to assess the integrity of Mechanical and Electrical systems supporting Data Center / Institutional Care / Critical Bus loads.
Utility Consultant Services include analysis of rate structure and fee schedules, risk tolerance, and contractual negotiation / representation as the Owner's agent. As facilities expand, an audit of utility contracts and historical billing records is performed to ascertain if rate structure improvements or refunds are applicable.
